Consider this:
• Every ten calories you subtract each day from your normal fare . results in one pound of weight loss per year.
• One hundred calories per day results in ten pounds per year and two hundred and fifty calories per day results in twenty five pounds lost per year.
Imagine a two- pound weight lost per month and you are still eating!
